Harbour City is a new commercial and architectural landmark located at the heart of Montego Bay, St. James. It consists of four substantial blocks of spacious waterfront and highway units with two levels of shopping and offices, ranging in size from 1,016 sq ft to 5,850 sq ft There are also more than two hundred public parking spaces. The project was built by Brothers Concepts and Solutions, completed on time and to a demanding specification.

This substantial residential project comprises of three two storey buildings with lower ground storage areas, alongside an impressive outdoor swimming pool and parking. The buildings are constructed with reinforced concrete framed columns and beam structure built up on a pad foundations.

This project is currently under construction, located within the Greater Bernard Lodge Development, off the Portmore Municipal Boulevard in Portmore, St Catherine. The significant development is a mixed residential real estate, ranging from single-family dwelling bungalows to larger townhouses, and totaling some 2,500 homes.
